sketchbook (normandie)
Just a few of the better (read: not absolutely shocking) sketches I did during a brief sojourn in Normandie for New Year. Typically, I’ve probably chosen the more boring moments to document but it’s always easier to draw people who aren’t moving all that much.
fantastic. really captures the mood of pure relaxation, i can smell the embers from the coal fire from here. i think the guy reading and the girl cooking are particularly well realised.
