33 down. That’s a third of the way into this exercise. I shall celebrate with another hot toddy I think…

My thoughts so far:

Every day of this challenge is a surprise. I think, minus a few missteps, I’m gradually improving. I’m certainly getting quicker and my linework is becoming more confident while I accept this new style I’m settling into. It is very clear to me that a lot of ideas and stylistic conceits that I play with would never have even occurred to me had it not been for this slightly masochistic pledge.

Some days (like today) there is nothing I want to do less than draw a comic. But most days I look forward to it. It’s becoming a habit. A genuine routine. One that I almost feel tempted to continue beyond the 100 days.
