hundred days – day 73

Bit of a rushed one this. For obvious reasons.
I tried to draw the majority of the comic during the gig. With mixed results.
Very much left with the feeling that I want to return to the days when I was seeing live music all the time. If you happen to live in London and know of a particularly unmissable gig that I need to be at – make sure you let me know ‘kay?
Be sure to check out The Middle Ones, Standard Fare, and Allo Darlin’ – they were all delightful and deserve your attention.
Actually, this track from Allo Darlin’ should probably become the Solipsistic Pop theme song.

This is amazing Tom!
I just put ticket on sale for the next Allo Darlin’ gig btw…

ah, excellent… it’s in my diary – maybe see you there!

Hello Tom!
I really like this review! Much better than pompous over-flow of verbage usually prompted by such shows! I like your picture of the Hey Ho Let’s Sew ladies too! Excellent! Glad you seem to like The Lexington! Are you an indie-pop/twee-rock fan then? Hmmm…we have a Pipettes + The School show coming up which I have a feeling you might like…also Betty & The Werewolves!
Also at our sister bar Buffalo Bar there is a regular club night called Baby Honey (after a Pastels song!) every month – which has some great bands.
Sorry -= this turned into an advert. didn’t mean it to! Just meant to say liked your pictures!
I met you briefly yesterday by the way….short stressed lady with plaits.
Delia
